Coaching is a structured thinking partnership built on raising awareness and enabling action. It's distinct from mentoring, where someone draws on their own experience to guide you, and from therapy, which focuses on psychological healing and wellbeing.
As defined by the ICF, coaching is a creative and thought-provoking process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential. My approach draws on psychodynamic principles, exploring what's happening beneath the surface, the patterns, beliefs and dynamics that shape how you lead. I'm ICF accredited and trained at Henley Business School.

If you're navigating a bigger role, a shift in direction, a leadership challenge, or a sense that the old way no longer fits, coaching is probably exactly right. Most of my clients come to me when the moment is stretching them and they want someone genuinely in their corner to help them think it through.

I work with the whole person, not just the role. Drawing on psychodynamic frameworks alongside practical strategy, we get underneath what's really driving things, not just what's visible on the surface. I'm direct, warm and unafraid to ask the question nobody else is asking. The agenda is always yours.

Executive coaching engagements typically run 6-12 months, with sessions once a month. The monthly rhythm matters. It gives you time between sessions to apply what you've uncovered, notice what shifts and come back with new material. Real change takes time. This pace creates the conditions for it.

Both. I work 1:1 with senior leaders through executive coaching, with groups and cohorts through leadership development programmes, and with exec teams through strategic facilitation. If you're not sure which is right, a chemistry call is a good place to start.

I've built my career at the intersection of strategy, culture and transformation, helping organisations navigate big shifts in brand, technology and people. I'm currently Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead at Mars. That commercial and strategic background shapes how I work with leaders. I bring outside perspective, real-world experience and a sharp point of view alongside my coaching practice. I'm ICF accredited and trained at Henley Business School.

Lucky Rebels Club is my coaching and leadership practice. The name comes from something I've noticed about the leaders I work with. They got to where they are through talent, hard work and, if they're honest, a bit of luck. Staying true to themselves while growing into what's next takes a certain kind of rebellion. Lucky rebels, every one of them.

Sessions are held online via video call, which means we can work together wherever you are. For facilitation work, I'm happy to come to you for offsite sessions and away days.

Pricing is bespoke and depends on the scope and nature of the work. The best first step is a chemistry call where we can discuss what you need and what would work for you. Get in touch at hello@luckyrebels.club to start that conversation.

Clients leave with sharper clarity, stronger presence and the confidence to step into what's next. Sometimes that's a promotion. Sometimes it's a pivot. Either way, something shifts. The pace of change depends on you. Coaching is a partnership and the more you bring to it, the more you get out.

Book a chemistry call. It's a no-pressure conversation to see if we're a good fit. You can reach me at hello@luckyrebels.club or through the contact form on this site.
