I'm Laura, executive coach, strategist and founder of Lucky Rebels Club.
I've built my career helping organisations navigate big shifts in brand, technology and people. That experience, combined with ICF accreditation and training at Henley Business School, shapes how I work with leaders today.
When we work together, my job is to help you see what you can't see yourself. You're more ready than you think. More capable than you're giving yourself credit for. Together we get clear on where you're going, what's in the way and the moves to get there. Then we make sure you follow through.
I work with the whole person, not just the role. That means taking the time to really know you, the patterns, the beliefs, the moments of doubt and the ambition underneath them. Drawing on psychodynamic frameworks alongside practical strategy, we get to what's really driving things, not just what's visible on the surface.
I'm direct, warm and unafraid to ask the question nobody else is asking. A boss once described me as a forthright Italian with English derring-do. That's probably the most accurate thing anyone has ever said about me.
